Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sightl, provided by Utku Dereli(“Sightl”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Sightl on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

The service

Sightl is a platform for influencer-marketing agencies to manage creators, campaigns, deliverables, and performance reporting. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members’ use.
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use Sightl for business purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights (including privacy and IP);
• upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the service;
• reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the service or others’ data;
• use the service to send spam or process data you have no right to process.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data and content you put into Sightl. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process any personal data (e.g. creator information) you enter.

Plans and billing

Sightl offers Basic, Growth, and Scale plans. In the current phase, plan selection does not create a charge; paid billing (including any fees, taxes, renewal, and cancellation terms) will be governed by the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout when introduced. Intellectual property

Sightl and all related software, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.

Third-party services

Sightl integrates third-party services (e.g. Google sign-in, email delivery). Your use of those is subject to their terms; we are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any metrics are accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to [e.g. the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim]. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using Sightl and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, and disputes are subject to the courts of the competent courts in Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
